  • Do I have to sign up for a specific amount of time?

    We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.

  • How much notice must be. given prior to vacating?

    We require a seven-day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.

  • How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

    Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space you need, or use our online storage calculator.

  • Do you offer a mover?

    Although we don't offer a mover, we do offer FREE use of our moving truck at move-in. Please contact a facility near you for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.

  • When can I access my belongings?

    We offer 24 Hour Access, 365 days per year. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m.- 5:30p.m., Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Saturdays. Our office is Closed on Sundays.



  • Do you sell locks and supplies?

    Yes, we have high quality locks with a Lifetime Warranty at a discounted price. We also offer boxes and moving supplies. The day of lease signing, you will receive a 20% discount on moving boxes and moving supplies.



  • Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?

    Yes. We have space for Boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, semi-trailers, trucks and cars at some of our locations. Please contact a facility near you for full details.



  • Am I required to carry insurance on my stored belongings?

    Yes. Our lease agreement does request that all items being stored have insurance coverage. To assist with convenient coverage options, please contact your local My Neighborhood Storage Center manager.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

  • What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

    We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary by location. Please contact a facility near you for available sizes and prices.

  • How can I make a payment?

    Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our website. You may also arrange to have payment automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box; however, we do not recommend this for cash payments.

  • Are there any other additional charges I should be prepared for?

    All new customer leases create a one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee in the amount of $35.
